Account & Data Deletion Policy

At 1 Health, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data. You can request account deletion directly from within the app by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App Steps)

You can delete your account directly from the 1 Health mobile application:

  1. Open the 1 Health app

  2. Log in to your account

  3. Go to Profile 

  4. Select Delete Account

  5. Confirm the deletion request

  6. Account deletion message will show immediately and the account will be deleted.

Once confirmed, your account deletion process will begin.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)

  • Login credentials

  • Health records and reports associated with your account

  • Organization details (if applicable)

  • App usage data linked to your account

⚠️ Note: Any data required to be retained for legal or regulatory purposes will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

Data Retention Period

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted immediately from the time of confirmation.
